We have a special work inside Umbanda: Linha do Oriente (Orient Legion). This kind of work is very common in Brazil where there are many religions working through mediuns (Spiritism, Umbanda, Candomblé, Cultos de Nação) assembling countless people. In special days, we pray for spiritual and material cure of all kind of diseases all over the world. Of course, this practical doesn't eliminate conventional medical treatment, but we intend to contribute using our faith to help people.

All these works, as the great number at our Instituto is absolutelly FREE.

In these days at 8:00 P.M. (Brasilia Time, Brazil), during one hour, we make our prays. Prefer it but if you work or study at this hour in your country, try to do it at same hour at your night. So our agenda is:

In these days, you should do:

- don't drink alcohol;

- eat fish or eggs as meat;

- soft meals;

- try to be calm during all day.

During this hour:

- be alone;

- go to your bed and lie down;

- try medidate good things or beautiful images or use a classic music;

- use white clothes and use aromatic erbs as bath;

- put a simple water glass at your side, on a surface;

After one hour:

- Wake up and drink the water.

- Try to have a calm rest of the day.
